Zustandekommen des Vertrages
(1)  Gegenstand des Vertrages ist der Verkauf von Waren . 
(2)  Bereits mit dem Einstellen des jeweiligen Produkts auf unserer Internetseite unterbreiten wir Ihnen ein verbindliches Angebot zum Abschluss eines Vertrages zu den in der Artikelbeschreibung angegebenen Bedingungen. 
(3)  Der Vertrag kommt über das Online-Warenkorbsystem wie folgt zustande:
Die zum Kauf beabsichtigten Waren werden im Warenkorb (Engl. " Shopping Cart ", kurz "Cart") abgelegt. Über die entsprechende Schaltfläche in der Navigationsleiste können Sie den Warenkorb ("Cart") aufrufen und dort jederzeit Änderungen vornehmen.
Nach Aufrufen der Seite " Checkout " werden die Bestelldaten zusammengefasst. Sie können aber jederzeit zur Bestellübersichtsseite zurückkehren. Links von der Zusammenfassung der Bestellung (Engl. " Order Summary ") werden Ihnen nun nochmals die AGB angezeigt, die Sie durch " Agree and Continue " bestätigen. Es folgt die Auswahl der Zahlungsart :

-  PayPal (Onsite)  für Sofortzahlung ("Instant Checkout", Sie werden direkt zu PayPal weitergeleitet, um die Zahlung vorzunehmen),

-  PayPal (Offsite)  für spätere, manuelle Zahlung über PayPal (Anweisungen erhalten Sie per Mail)

-  Banküberweisung per IBAN-Zahlung  (die Bankverbindung erhalten Sie per Mail)

Abschließend können Sie die Versandmethode auswählen und dann die Bestellung durch Klicken auf " Place Order " verbindlich abschließen. 
Solange Sie die Bestellung noch nicht durch Klick auf "Place Order" abgeschlossen haben, haben Sie die Möglichkeit, hier sämtliche Angaben nochmals zu überprüfen, zu ändern oder zu anderen Shopseiten zurückzukehren bzw. den Kauf abzubrechen. 
Mit dem Absenden der Bestellung über die Schaltfläche " Place Order " erklären Sie  rechtsverbindlich die Annahme des Angebotes , wodurch der Vertrag zustande kommt. 

(4)  Die Abwicklung der Bestellung und Übermittlung aller im Zusammenhang mit dem Vertragsschluss erforderlichen Informationen erfolgt per E-Mail zum Teil automatisiert. Sie haben deshalb sicherzustellen, dass die von Ihnen bei uns hinterlegte E-Mail-Adresse zutreffend ist, der Empfang der E-Mails technisch sichergestellt und insbesondere nicht durch SPAM-Filter verhindert wird.

Zahlungsfristen  
Die Bestellungen werden nur ausgeführt, sobald die Zahlung per  Vorkasse durch Sie  ausgeführt ist. Soweit Sie nicht  die Sofort-Zahlung über PayPal (Onsite) nutzen, beginnt die  Zahlungsfrist  mit dem Zugang der Zahlungsaufforderung.

Es besteht kein Anspruch auf Lieferung von Artikeln, deren Bezahlung nicht innerhalb einer Frist von 7 Tagen erfolgt ist. Später eintreffende Zahlungen können daher storniert bzw. zurückerstattet werden. Die Einhaltung der Zahlungsfristen gilt ausdrücklich auch dann, wenn mehrere Bestellungen des selben Kunden vorliegen oder der Versand auf Wunsch des Kunden aufgeschoben wurde.

Vertragstextspeicherung  
Der vollständige Vertragstext wird von uns nicht gespeichert. Vor Absenden der Bestellung über das Online-Warenkorbsystem können die Vertragsdaten über die Druckfunktion des Browsers ausgedruckt oder elektronisch gesichert werden. Außerdem erhalten Sie von BrickLink automatisch eine E-Mail mit den Bestelldaten zugesendet. Die Bestellübersicht (" Order Details ") können Sie auch für einen Zeitraum von 6 Monaten in Ihrem BrickLink-Benutzeraccount aufrufen. Nach Zugang der Bestellung bei uns werden die Bestelldaten, die gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Informationen bei Fernabsatzverträgen und die Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen nochmals per E-Mail an Sie übersandt.

You therefore have to ensure that the e-mail address you provide us with is correct, that the reception of the e-mails is technically ensured and, in particular, that no SPAM filters prevent this. payment deadlines The orders are executed only after payment in advance. Unless you use the immediate payment via PayPal (Onsite), the payment period begins with the receipt of the payment request.

There is no entitlement to delivery of items that have not been paid within 7 days. Late arrivals can therefore be canceled or refunded. The observance of the terms of payment is expressly also valid, if several orders of the same customer are present or the dispatch on the request of the customer was postponed.

Contract text storage
The complete contract text will not be saved by us. Before submitting the order via the online shopping cart system, the contract data can be printed out or saved electronically via the browser's print function. In addition, BrickLink will automatically send you an e-mail with the order details. You can also access the Order Details ("Order Details") for a period of 6 months in your BrickLink user account. Once the order has been received by us, the order data, the legally required information for distance contracts and the general terms and conditions will be sent to you by e-mail.
